This is a four star guest house.
All prices are per room and not per person. Our prices also include a
full breakfast in the conservatory.
We are not vat registered, so vat will not be added to your bill.All
rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, are centrally heated and enjoy
mountain views. Dressing gowns and fresh towels are also supplied.
Snacks and packed lunches are available on request at an extra,
reasonable charge.
We have three accommodation options:
En-suite
This is a double room with super-king-sized bed that has en-suite facilities – it
has a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet in the adjoining room. The bed
can be split into two single beds if required.
Private
This is a double room with a standard double bed that has a shower and
a washbasin in the bedroom, with the exclusive use of a separate toilet
room nearby.
Family
This is a family room with a standard double bed and a single bed, and a shower and a washbasin in the bedroom, with the exclusive use of a separate toilet room nearby.

Terms and conditions
Deposits must be paid within 5 days of making a booking. Deposits are non-refundable, unless we are notified of cancellation at least 30 days before the dates booked. Full payment must be made for the balance owed before you leave. Please click here to make a booking
